Berkeley Located in West Berkeley
Our clinic is located in West Berkeley at 2424 5th Street, between Channing and Dwight.
Follow the driveway to the three-story building in the back of the lot. We are in the pink office on the ground floor. Parking spaces right outside are for patients.
